With over 30 years' experience in a variety of sectors, from private enterprise to parapublic organizations, Ms. Tessier has a background in political science and law. She also holds an MBA from Université Laval. Her career is distinguished by in-depth expertise in key areas of management, such as finance, strategic planning, communications and marketing, public relations and human resources.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exemplary mastery of the management of complex environments, where she has led large teams and managed substantial budgets. Her track record with several major local companies illustrates her ability to steer strategic transformations, navigate delicate situations and generate sustainable value.
In March 2022, she chose to return to her first professional love by taking over as Managing Director of Beauvais Truchon. In this position, she is responsible for the firm's strategic and operational management. Her ability to unite teams, her sharp political sense and her strategic thinking are invaluable assets that enable her to act effectively. Ms. Tessier guides her colleagues towards excellence and success, combining visionary strategies with pragmatic management.
