A bilingual (French and English) lawyer, Ms. Soukpraseuth practises mainly in the fields of labour law and occupational health and safety, exclusively at the service of employers. She regularly pleads before administrative and civil tribunals, drafts legal opinions, participates in the negotiation or renewal of collective agreements, and advises her clients on strategic human resources planning.

In addition, Ms. Soukpraseuth regularly acts as investigating counsel for complaints of psychological harassment.

She also devotes part of her professional activities to economic immigration law. In this capacity, she assists employers with the recruitment of temporary foreign workers.

A member of the Paris Bar from 2012 to 2020, she spent 5 years in private practice in France, advising employers on all aspects of labour law and occupational health and safety, and representing them before both ordinary and specialized courts.
