Virginie Ramsay

Ms. Ramsay practises in the fields of labour law and occupational health and safety, exclusively for employers as a legal advisor, as well as in governance, public and administrative law.

In particular, she acts as employer's counsel before the Tribunal administratif du travail, common law tribunals and other specialized labour law bodies in disputes involving the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour and occupational health and safety laws, human rights charters, as well as disciplinary or termination measures.

Ms. Ramsay also has expertise in statutory criminal law, and represents employers in connection with criminal complaints, notably under labour laws.

She also specializes in psychological harassment in the workplace.

Prior to her legal studies, Ms. Ramsay completed a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is also a member of the Jeune Barreau de Québec.
