Anne-Sophie Ouellet

Ms. Ouellet's practice focuses on employment law. She specializes in complex cases involving constitutional, public and administrative law, as well as appellate litigation.
In this capacity, she acts as employer's counsel before arbitration tribunals, the Tribunal administratif du travail and common law and appeal tribunals, in disputes involving the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour laws and human rights charters, as well as disciplinary measures and termination of employment.
Ms. Ouellet assists and advises a wide range of institutional clients in the public and parapublic sectors. In particular, she assists these institutions with a variety of issues relating to ethics, governance, access to information, interpretation of their constituting legislation and the functioning of their decision-making bodies.
Ms. Ouellet also specializes in legal issues relating to the right to privacy, including questions concerning the protection of personal information.
