Mr. Reeves practices in the field of labour law and occupational health and safety, serving employers exclusively as legal advisor, negotiator or litigator. His practice covers all aspects of labour relations and strategic human resources planning

He has solid experience in negotiating collective agreements for private companies as well as public and parapublic sector enterprises.

Mr. Reeves acts as employer's counsel before arbitration tribunals, common law courts and other specialized labour law bodies in disputes involving the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour laws (particularly pay equity legislation), human rights charters, as well as disciplinary and termination measures.

He specializes in governance, public and administrative law, notably for educational institutions.

Mr. Reeves has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Musée de la civilisation de Québec since 2023 and of the Institut canadien de Québec from 2010 to 2018. He taught labour law at the École de formation professionnelle du Barreau du Québec for several years.
