Associate lawyer

Ms. L'Heureux practices in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the technology, agriculture, real estate, construction and manufacturing sectors.

She acts primarily in commercial recourses, notably shareholder disputes, as well as in extraordinary recourses, such as injunctions and safeguard orders.

Ms. L'Heureux also acts as a business advisor to small and medium-sized enterprises, with a view to preventing disputes. She is regularly called upon to draft, revise and negotiate commercial contracts, in both French and English.

Her practice also leads her to act in copyright disputes.

A former athlete with Université Laval's Rouge et Or Alpine Ski Club, Ms. L'Heureux is a member of its Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Jeune Barreau de Québec.
