Michaël Laplante

Michaël Laplante is a litigator in our Sainte-Marie office, practicing in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.
Since 2011, he has acquired extensive experience in construction law, real estate law, agricultural law, municipal law and civil liability law. He also has excellent knowledge of bankruptcy, insolvency and insurance law.
Michaël stands out for his attentiveness, thoroughness and efficiency in identifying practical solutions for clients.
In 2022, Michaël participated in the 40th edition of the Barreau de Québec's Pleading Techniques seminar at the Université de Sherbrooke, where he had the privilege of pleading before the Right Honourable Mr. Justice Richard Wagner, P.C., Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, in a mock trial.
He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Ovascène since 2014, a non-profit organization dedicated to presenting professional shows and promoting the performing arts in the Chaudière-Appalaches region.
