Mylina Perron-Simard
Associate lawyer
Mylina Perron-Simard is a lawyer in our Québec City office. She practices in the fields of litigation and dispute resolution, governance, public and administrative law, labour law and occupational health and safety, mainly in professional and constitutional law, and regularly in the areas of ethics and professional law, before disciplinary boards, the Professions Tribunal, the Superior Court or the Court of Appeal. She also acts for private companies in civil litigation.
Ms. Perron-Simard also devotes a significant part of her professional activities in governance, public and administrative law to public and parapublic sector institutions, notably in judicial reviews of the legality of laws, regulations and administrative decisions.
Prior to joining our team of lawyers, Ms. Perron-Simard completed prestigious legal internships, notably with the Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) in Rome.
