Dominic Labbé
Associate lawyer
Mr. Dominic Labbé has been an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group since 2016. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction law, breach of contract and tender remedies, and civil and professional liability. He also acts in the fields of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring law, as well as securities.
In his practice, Mr. Labbé regularly pleads before the courts, and has a wide range of experience before Québec civil courts, notably in matters of injunctions, safeguard orders and seizures before judgment.
Mr. Labbé attaches paramount importance to the rigor and professionalism of his interventions, as well as to the development of strategies to obtain optimal solutions, whether through negotiation or before the courts.
Mr. Labbé is a member of the Jeune Barreau de Québec.
