Pierre-Luc Thibault

Associate lawyer

Mr. Thibault practices in the field of labour law and occupational health and safety as a legal advisor, negotiator and litigator. He represents employers in all aspects of labour relations, strategic human resources planning and occupational health and safety.

He acts as employer counsel in the education, health and social services sectors, and for private companies. He appears before arbitration tribunals, the Tribunal administratif du travail and other specialized bodies in disputes involving the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour and occupational health and safety legislation, human rights charters, as well as disciplinary measures and termination of employment.

Mr. Thibault also specializes in psychological harassment in the workplace, and conducts investigations in this area.
