Ms. Blanchet-Gravel practises in the field of labour law and occupational health and safety, devoting herself exclusively to serving employers as a legal advisor.
She regularly pleads before administrative and civil tribunals, drafts legal opinions, participates in the negotiation or renewal of collective agreements, and advises clients on strategic human resources planning. Ms. Blanchet-Gravel also specializes in psychological harassment in the workplace, and acts as an investigator.
She also devotes a large part of her practice to the occupational health and safety sector. She advises and represents private, public and parapublic organizations of all sizes, and assists them in matters of work-related injury compensation and cost allocation.
