Ms. Blanchet-Gravel practises in the field of labour law and occupational health and safety, devoting herself exclusively to serving employers as a legal advisor.

She regularly pleads before administrative and civil tribunals, drafts legal opinions, participates in the negotiation or renewal of collective agreements, and advises clients on strategic human resources planning. Ms. Blanchet-Gravel also specializes in psychological harassment in the workplace, and acts as an investigator.
