Since her admission to the Bar, Ms. Lapointe has advised and represented public and private employers in all matters relating to labour and employment relations. Her practice focuses primarily on organizations in the education sector, as well as municipalities, health care institutions, and private companies (including the forestry, agri-food, and engineering sectors).
On a daily basis, she supports managers dealing with labour relations issues, including the management of difficult employees, strategies and obligations in situations involving allegations of psychological harassment, and the negotiation and application of collective agreements and individual employment contracts.
She regularly represents clients and appears before civil and administrative tribunals in these areas of practice. Ms. Lapointe has a particular interest in client training and frequently acts as a speaker and presenter.
