Ms. Dechêne advises and represents employers across the province in all aspects of labor relations, with significant expertise in the education sector.

Equipped with strong advocacy skills, she regularly appears before grievance arbitrators and specialized tribunals. She also enjoys providing her expertise to support employers at the first sign of difficulty in managing their human resources.
