Raphaëlle Chabot Fournier

Partner

Ms. Chabot-Fournier has developed specialized expertise in collective bargaining within both the public and private sectors. Throughout her career, she notably served on the Management Negotiating Committee for French-language school service centers.

In recent years, she has acted as a spokesperson during national collective bargaining negotiations in the education sector. Beyond her strong interest in negotiations, Raphaëlle works daily with managers on the drafting of individual employment contracts and the interpretation and application of labor laws and collective agreements, employing a thoughtful and strategic approach.

She particularly enjoys assisting employers with complex files involving political stakes. In addition to her advisory role, Ms. Chabot-Fournier appears before arbitration tribunals, civil courts, and other specialized labor law bodies. Since 2021, she has served on the Board of Directors of the Fondation Jonction pour Elle, which supports women and children who are victims of domestic violence.
