Ms. Dion began her career at a private law firm, where she advised and represented employers in labour and employment law, particularly within the education sector, as well as in the private sector.

She provides employers with practical support and concrete solutions regarding the application of collective agreements and individual employment contracts, as well as on all issues related to human resources management.

As part of her practice, Ms. Dion also conducts legal research and drafts legal opinions, in addition to representing clients before the courts in matters of labour relations and employment law.
