Ms. Veilleux focuses her practice on labor law and occupational health and safety, exclusively representing employers as a legal advisor, negotiator, and litigator. Her expertise covers all aspects of labor relations, employment standards, protection of personal information, and the application of human rights charters.

She regularly acts as management spokesperson during collective bargaining negotiations and participates in mediation sessions, notably before the Commission des droits de la personne on issues involving discrimination and reasonable accommodation. Ms. Veilleux represents employers before grievance arbitration tribunals, the Tribunal administratif du travail, the Tribunal des droits de la personne, as well as civil and administrative courts, including the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.

She also delivers lectures and training programs for the Barreau du Québec and the Fédération des commissions scolaires du Québec. An author and co-author of numerous specialized books and articles, she has published works on psychological harassment, occupational injury management, and labor law with Éditions Yvon Blais and for the Barreau du Québec Law School (École de formation professionnelle du Barreau).
