Mr. Doucet-Bouchard primarily focuses his practice on liability and insurance, health and social services law, as well as civil and commercial litigation, advising and representing businesses, institutions, and individuals. His practice encompasses all aspects of risk management, complex claims, and dispute resolution.

He brings solid experience in insurance claims—representing both plaintiffs and defendants—as well as in-depth coverage analysis and civil and contractual liability. His seasoned negotiation skills, versatility, and sharp attention to detail are key assets in high-stakes, complex matters. He has also earned an enviable reputation defending health and social services institutions against medical and hospital liability claims, including class actions.

He regularly represents clients before civil courts and specialized tribunals in disputes involving the interpretation of insurance policies, professional liability, and compensation for corporate or personal injury. Originally from Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, Mr. Doucet-Bouchard holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval, which included a study abroad term at Université de Toulouse. Deeply engaged in his community, he has volunteered with Pro Bono Québec and has served as Chair of the Research Ethics Board at Collège d’Alma since 2020.
