Mr. Savard completed his internship at Beauvais Truchon before officially joining the firm as a lawyer following his call to the Barreau du Québec in 2025.
He focuses his practice on business law, advising companies of all sizes on corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, and share or asset transactions. He also specializes in drafting various commercial agreements, including service contracts and leases, in both French and English. Known for his meticulous nature, Mr. Savard is distinguished by the rigor and attention to detail he brings to every mandate.
Demonstrating a deep commitment to his field, Mr. Savard began a Master of Laws (LL.M.) concentration in business law in the fall of 2024. As part of this program, he was awarded a Award of Excellence for his research on corporate governance. He also devotes a portion of his practice to commercial litigation, particularly in matters related to his core areas of expertise. Mr. Savard is a member of the Young Bar of Quebec.
