Bernard Cliche
Lawyer
Mr. Cliche represents both private and public sector employers before the courts, including the Tribunal administratif du travail.
In the past, Mr. Cliche was head of litigation at the CNESST, and taught at the École du Barreau de Québec and Université Laval.
He has published some ten volumes in his field, which have been cited on several occasions by the courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Throughout his career, Mr. Cliche has received the distinction of Emeritus Lawyer. He was also awarded the Médaille du Barreau de Québec. He has served on a number of boards, including Chairman of the Board of Moisson Québec, the Fiducie du Patrimoine des Augustines and the Fondation du Centre jeunesse de Québec.

Over the course of her career, Mr. Cliche has given hundreds of training sessions and lectures for a variety of audiences, including employer and employee associations, medical associations, industrial relations boards and members of the Bar.
