Frédéric Marcoux

Lawyer

Following a career in the media, Me Marcoux completed his professional internship with Beauvais Truchon before officially joining the team as a lawyer, after his admission to the Quebec Bar in 2025.

He focuses his practice on civil litigation and on bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring. Me Marcoux is frequently called upon to perform in-depth legal analyses, based on doctrinal and jurisprudential research. He also practices in employment law.

During his academic career, Me Marcoux was notably the recipient of the CNESST prize for directed research in employment law at the Université Laval’s Gala Reconnaissance et distinction in 2023. Me Marcoux is a member of the Young Bar of Quebec.
