Gabrielle Tremblay

Ms. Tremblay practises in the fields of civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on construction law and contractual and civil liability. She represents a variety of clients in the public and commercial sectors, notably in shareholder disputes and oppression proceedings.
She also acts in various cases involving bankruptcy and insolvency, securities and insurance law. She is called upon to represent clients before the courts and administrative tribunals.
Ms. Tremblay's practice is focused on alternative dispute resolution, with a view to finding alternative solutions to disputes between parties. She handles arbitration cases involving a wide variety of commercial disputes, as well as cases under the Regulation respecting the guarantee plan for new residential buildings.
She is also a volunteer lawyer with Justice Pro Bono, an organization whose mission is to provide pro bono legal representation to people in precarious financial situations, with a view to promoting access to justice.
