Isabelle Rochette
Associate lawyer
Ms. Rochette practices mainly in the field of employment law, exclusively serving employers as a legal advisor.
She acts as employer's counsel before arbitration tribunals, common law courts and other specialized labour law bodies in disputes involving the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour laws, human rights charters and disciplinary measures.
Ms. Rochette is a director of the Fondation de la Société du Grand théâtre de Québec.
Ms. Rochette is also an investigator accredited by the Barreau du Québec to conduct psychological harassment investigations. She devotes a significant part of her professional activities to cases involving harassment in the workplace.
