Johannie Leblanc

Ms. Leblanc specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on construction law, civil and professional liability, and real estate disputes. She assists a diverse clientele on a number of levels, and has mastered the management of complex civil construction law disputes.
She is also called upon to act in various files relating to bankruptcy and insolvency, the realization of real estate and movable securities and insurance law, in addition to participating in the drafting, analysis and negotiation of various contracts.
Ms. Leblanc appears before the ordinary courts in civil and commercial actions, but is also called upon to represent a wide range of clients before arbitration tribunals, including disputes related to the Regulation respecting the guarantee plan for new residential buildings.
Ms. Leblanc's practice is focused on the implementation of alternative dispute resolution methods, with a view to proactively managing disputes and finding effective, lasting solutions tailored to the parties involved.
