Me. McNeil completed her professional internship at Beauvais Truchon Avocats before officially joining the team as a lawyer, following her admission to the Quebec Bar in 2025.
She focuses her practice on labor law and workplace health and safety, where she exclusively assists employers in managing their legal obligations and labor relations.
Me. McNeil is regularly called upon to conduct in-depth legal analyses, based on rigorous doctrinal and jurisprudential research.
She provides informed opinions on the interpretation of collective agreements, the application of labor law, and issues concerning disciplinary measures and terminations of employment.
She also dedicates a portion of her practice to civil litigation, particularly in cases related to her areas of expertise.
