Mr. Cantin's practice focuses primarily on business law, with particular expertise in business acquisitions and transfers, strategic partnerships, real estate development, franchise law, construction law, intellectual property, as well as charity law and governance. He also assists our clients with business risk management and the drafting of commercial agreements of all kinds.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cantin spent several years as Director of Legal Affairs for a major manufacturing company specializing in building materials, with an integrated North American distribution network. This corporate experience enabled him to develop a practical, results-oriented approach perfectly aligned with the realities of the business world.
