Reynald Poulin
Managing partner
A partner since 2000 and managing partner since 2017, Mr. Poulin practices mainly in the fields of construction law, real estate and personal property security, bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring, as well as litigation and dispute resolution.
Mr. Poulin is also involved in the presentation of extraordinary remedies, including injunctions and declaratory judgments. He has been called upon to make representations before all courts of general jurisdiction and specialized tribunals in the areas of his expertise.
He has also acted for several years as arbitrator in a variety of commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes and construction law disputes.
Mr. Poulin's practice is focused on the implementation of alternative dispute resolution methods, with a view to proactively managing disputes and finding effective, lasting solutions tailored to the parties involved.
Mr. Poulin is also regularly invited to speak by various organizations and groups in his fields of expertise.
