She is called upon to represent employers before the Tribunal administratif du travail, arbitration tribunals, common law courts and other bodies specializing in labour law and occupational health and safety, notably in matters of compensation for employment injuries, and in disputes involving the interpretation and application of collective agreements, labour laws, human rights charters, as well as disciplinary or termination measures.
