Gabriel Pomerleau

Associate lawyer

Mr. Pomerleau practises in civil and commercial litigation, mainly in the fields of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring law, realization of movable and immovable securities, and construction law.

He is also called upon to act in shareholder disputes and real estate matters.

He is called upon to represent clients before the ordinary and specialized courts in these various fields, and to intervene in extraordinary remedies, notably injunctions, safeguard orders and declaratory judgments.

Mr. Pomerleau is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Fondation du center jeunesse de Québec.
